Schmitt Training Center is a training and educational facility; therefore, we happily offer boarding  to our students' horses.  Amenities provided are as follows:

• The entire facility is heated and under one roof

• 25-heated stalls (cleaned daily) with rubber mats and automatic waterers

• 4-wash rack/grooming stalls with hot/cold water

• Heated lounge/viewing room

• 2-tack rooms, includes large individual lockers, saddle racks

• 2-restrooms

• Heated 60' x 170' indoor arena with mirrors, excellent footing with blend of Nike rubber

• Fenced-in 90' x 220' outdoor arena, allowing for our full-size regulation dressage ring, with excellent footing

• Outdoor round pen with excellent footing

• 7-large pastures and 3 paddocks, all with automatic waterers and small, manageable herds

• Large covered front patio area

• Circle drive with plenty of room for trailers and parking

• Horses are turned out daily

• We use Kentucky Equine Research (KER) Assurance feed and excellent-quality orchard grass/alfalfa hay

• Horses are blanketed for outside cold, wet and windy weather (taken off inside)

• All horses are maintained on a worming, vaccination and farrier schedule

• Extremely reliable, friendly and detail-oriented staff (owners live on-site)

• Miles of groomed trails

• Haul-in lessons available (all horses must be current on vaccinations upon arrival)

• Lesson horses available for groundwork lessons/courses only
